After completing all six modules, you will be able to:


  • Define and give examples of important terms and concepts in intercultural communication.
  • Recognize stereotypes and biases and challenge them towards more inclusive intercultural spaces at work and in the community.
  • Feel confident in your ability to live and work in a culturally diverse community and have conversations with people from all over the world about culture.

This 1.5-2 hour, self-paced course consists of six modules, each lasting about 15 minutes. It is best to complete the course over one or two sittings. This way, you will be able to apply what you have learned from one module to the next and build a solid foundation for putting key concepts into practice.
