The Taxi Ambassador Program is designed for existing taxi drivers looking to improve their skills and provide a better customer experience. This program consists of three courses: Conversation Assessment, Customer Service, and Driver Training.

What to Expect from the Program

Learners in this program will gain valuable customer service skills and advance their skills in defensive driving. The program includes:

• Conversation Assessment: a 30-minute assessment that verifies the student's English language proficiency meets the requirements outlined by taxi companies.
• Customer Service: a half-day course that highlights different customer service techniques that will help taxi drivers provide an excellent experience for their customers.
• Driver Training: a full-day defensive driving course that focuses on safety.

Additional Information

This program is restricted to taxi drivers only. All three courses included in the program must be completed to receive the Taxi Ambassador Program certificate.
