Building Operations - ENRG 1103
This course takes the Building Science Foundations course further and explores the operation and maintenance of buildings. Energy systems within a building will be examined in detail to understand the role of commissioning, re-commissioning, retro-commissioning and preventative/predictive maintenance in reducing energy and equipment costs. The automation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and their use will be examined using real-world examples.
