This workshop is designed to assist participants in supporting ESL learners in the workplace. Participants will look at needs assessment as a means of forging partnerships with local businesses that employ newcomers. They will learn how to complete a community needs assessment, use the needs assessment to forge partnerships with local businesses, and identify creative ways to integrate the needs of businesses with those of newcomers.
