Effective Communication Approaches - MHRP 1002

Course Description

Build upon basic skills for effective communication with clients, families, communities, coworkers, and interdisciplinary teams. The importance of communication in developing relationships will be emphasized, including the need for cultural sensitivity and competence. Goal attainment, problem-solving, psychoeducation, and conflict resolution processes in communication will be practiced in the lab.
