Introduction to Health Data Analysis and Visualization - XHLT 3000
Course Description
In this course, students will learn to retrieve, organize, analyze, and visualize data using Tableau, a business intelligence software tool. An introduction to descriptive statistics used to analyze health data, combining theory and practical calculations, will be covered. As a final project with employer partners, students will be expected to publish and present a visualization of a dataset, which can then be used in their resumé or portfolio.
