Supervisory leadership is about managing four key parts of an organization: people, activities, resources, and information. Participants in this workshop will learn how to align each of these components with business targets and goals as well as how to develop key performance indicators that actually work to support success. Monitoring performance, mentoring improvement, and minimizing conflict are also covered.
