Therapeutic Exercise - THPR 1105
Course Description
Learn the fundamental concepts and theory specifically related to therapeutic exercise, including resistance, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises. Assist with the planning, implementation, and modification of therapeutic exercises for individuals and groups. Apply concepts to common injuries and conditions. All students taking this course will be required to attend the scheduled in-person lab(s) at NorQuest College Edmonton campus.
