Writing and Documentation in Child and Youth Care - CYCD 1007
Course Description
In this course, students will learn the foundational writing skills to support them in their coursework as well as the field of Child and Youth Care. The concepts of observation and documentation, writing utilizing an objective, and trauma-informed approach will be explored. Students will have the opportunity to practice their ability to complete a variety of different administrative writing tasks found in the field of Child and Youth Care, as well as writing tasks for the academic setting.
