Program Description
The Advanced Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation welcomes students with educational and professional backgrounds in fields as diverse as architecture, planning, law, archaeology, history, journalism, art history, and urban studies. The certificate in historic preservation may also be pursued concurrently with the Master of Urban Planning, the Master of Architecture, or other graduate programs at the University at Buffalo. Students explore history and theory, methods, preservation planning, and design, while taking advantage of the incredible historic resources in the Buffalo-Niagara region.
