With an Online MBA from the UB School of Management, you'll gain a combination of managerial, analytical, leadership and communication skills, allowing you to achieve your personal and professional goals on a flexible schedule. Our online delivery in fast-paced, seven-week sessions is a highly effective way to learn for individuals with full-time jobs, families and other commitments.

Your program is delivered fully online in manageable seven-week modules. Most Online MBA students take one 3-credit course per module. Asynchronous learning means you will log on to weekly learning modules when it is most convenient for you.
