Esports Business Management

About

The Esports Business Management program is designed to give students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fast-paced, constantly evolving esports industry. Through our program, students will learn various skills, including competitive strategy, team management, and live production. Our curriculum is designed by industry experts, so you can be sure you're learning the latest and most relevant information. Our students will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including gaming stations, streaming and broadcasting equipment, and a dedicated esports arena. We also provide opportunities for networking with top esports organizations and companies, which can help our students secure jobs after graduation.

Admission Requirements

• Credit in English Language Arts 30-1 or minimum 65% in English Language Arts 30-2 or equivalent
• Credit in Math 30-1 or Math 30-2 or equivalent

or

• Successful completion of the General Educational Development test (GED) that consists of five tests with a minimum score in the following sections:
  • Language Arts: Reading and Writing: 520 minimum standard score
  • Math Test: 520 minimum score

or

• Satisfactory results on the Bow Valley College Admission and Placement Test

Transferability

Transfer opportunities are available to a variety of institutions. Transfer credits are reviewed and accepted on an individual basis by the institution to which you apply.
