Overview
This module / short course is to provide students with an opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills related to clinical reasoning and decision making. Dates for 2024/25 are TBC.
Module Aims
- To explore the concepts, principles and theories of work place coaching.
- As individuals, to evaluate current approach to managing development of others’ in the work place.
- To enable practitioners to critically review and embrace strategies and tactics that can be used to promote performance enhancement in self and others.

- 30 contact hours
- 3 hours academic tutorials
- 167 hours self directed study
