Our Research
The Centre for Linguistic Research co-ordinates the research activities of staff and students in Language and Linguistics at Aberdeen.

- Main research interests: syntactic structure and morphosyntactic variation, especially in varieties of Scottish English and Scots

Aberdeen Global Scholarship
Eligible self-funded international Postgraduate Research Masters' students starting in September 2025 will receive the Aberdeen Global Scholarship.
