Enhancing Professional Practice
Overview
Within this Enhancing Professional Practice module, learners will develop their understanding of enhanced practice in the provision of a discrete aspect of patient care within their current level of practice.
Evidence-based practice is the cornerstone for the provision of high-quality enhanced care. Learners will develop their skills in considering, critiquing, and appraising research and evidence to inform and develop their decision-making and clinical reasoning skills. Critical consideration of service requirements will enable learners to facilitate enhancements and changes to practice and service delivery, recognising the value of education of self and others.
