The course content focuses on the challenges faced by family-owned companies and demonstrates how the dynamics prevalent in such businesses can be used to positive effect. Students will learn about:


  • Structure and features of family-owned enterprises
  • Understanding of the dynamics between the factors of property, family, and business
  • Leading family businesses
  • Building, protecting, and investing family assets
  • Concepts, methods, and instruments for controlling and leading family companies

Admission Requirements

  • Academic requirements: Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS or over) in a business-related subject
  • Linguistic requirements: English proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, ELS, Duolingo, Pearson PTE Academic, or Cambridge)
