The Work Placement Programme is a unique opportunity for students to live, study, and work in the UK with the Youth Mobility Scheme. The programme includes a minimum 6-month paid work placement in hospitality, specialized English courses to prepare students for their career in the UK, and networking opportunities to meet professionals from around the world.

• Placements are paid at or above the national minimum wage
• Responsibilities will depend on the student's level of previous experience and availability

What is the Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS)?

• The Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS) is a visa that allows citizens of certain countries to work and study in the UK for up to 2 years.
• You can apply for a Youth Mobility Scheme visa if you:
  • want to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years
  • are aged 18 to 30 or 18 to 35, depending on where you're from
  • have £2,530 in savings

Requirements

• To undertake the work placement programme, students must have a minimum of B2 Level English.
• We suggest a minimum course of study of 2 months at Malvern House before proceeding with the placement.
