Master of Public Health
Summary
The Master of Public Health course has been developed to meet the increasing demand for graduates with a passion for managing and leading preventive health services in communicable and non-communicable diseases. The course places emphasis on providing you with the most current skills in healthcare and digital literacy in health services management, giving you the ability to support healthcare delivery and better health outcomes at population, community, and national level.
Course Overview
Arden’s Master of Public Health course has been designed in collaboration with leading employers to ensure you gain the most important skills needed to flourish in the sector, including the latest competencies in healthcare, data analytics and public health management. This means you’ll be ready to take on senior managerial or leadership roles with confidence after graduation.

- Full time, blended learning: This course is available to study full time through our blended learning study mode at our campus in Berlin, Germany.
- Online learning: This course is also available to students as a fully online programme, which gives you the convenience of being able to study from anywhere worldwide.
Entry Requirements
- Standard entry:
- A bachelor's degree of equivalent at (2:2) that is related to the field of clinical health, allied health sciences, health studies, health psychology or a relevant scientific discipline such as biomedical sciences or nutrition.
- A maths qualification or equivalent to at least Grade C at GCSE.
- Non-standard entry:
- We also consider applications from candidates who lack formal qualifications but possess work experience that is relevant to clinical health, allied health science and health studies.
- In the absence of a maths qualification or equivalent, professional work experience that relates to statistical modelling and/or analysis, data entry and/or mathematical modelling/budgeting would be considered
English Proficiency
- IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 90; or equivalent
- Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English, such as a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English, can be accepted.
Course Fees and Funding
- Funding and Scholarships: For our July 25 and October 25 intakes, we’re offering UK online learning students the opportunity to enrol on our Master of Public Health course for just £6,500, a tuition fee reduction of £3,000.
