About Program

Anesthesia technicians are health technicians who prepare patients for anesthesia and monitoring at anesthesiology and reanimation units of health institutions and organizations, assist anesthesiology and reanimation experts for safe implementation, maintenance and termination of anesthesia, prepare all devices, equipment and medicine to be used for anesthesia and keep patient records.

Our students receive appropriate education under the guidance of our expert staff in our anesthesia laboratory which simulates the environment of a real operating room equipped with an operation table, anesthesia device, intubation device, laryngoscope set, shocker, a point-of-care set and monitor, as well as medicine models.

Graduates of the Anesthesia Program have the chance to transfer to undergraduate programs of Nursing, Nursing and Health Services and Emergency Aid and Disaster Management of various universities with the Vertical Transfer Examination (VTE).

The medium of instruction is Turkish.
