The Help to Grow: Management programme is designed to provide practical, actionable learning with no formal exams or coursework. Instead, assessment is based on:
- Growth Action Plan: throughout the programme, you will develop a tailored growth action plan, applying key concepts to your own business
- Mentor Feedback: you receive personalised guidance and feedback from an experienced business mentor, helping you refine your strategies and address specific business challenges
- Peer Learning and Participation: active engagement in peer group discussions and case studies is encouraged, allowing you to share experiences and gain diverse perspectives from fellow SME leaders
- Practical Application: each module is designed to help you immediately apply learning to your business, ensuring measurable progress throughout the 12 weeks
Entry Requirements
This course is ideal for senior decision-makers in UK-based SMEs who want to develop their leadership skills and scale their business. To be eligible, businesses must:
- Employ between 5 and 249 people
- Have been operational for at least one year
- Not be registered as a charity
Applicants must:
- Be a senior decision-maker with at least one direct report
- Commit to completing all course sessions
