This course is accredited by the Institution of Engineering Designers (IED) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of demonstrating in full, the underpinning knowledge and understanding required for registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

Industrial Year

On this course, you may be able to spend a year working in industry where you could gain first-hand experience of the exciting challenges that are faced by engineers and refine the skills you have built so far in the course.
