Overview
The Arts and Humanities with Foundation Year BA Hons program is designed for talented UK students who are interested in arts and humanities subjects but may not meet the usual entry requirements. The foundation year provides a preparatory year that helps students develop the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in their undergraduate studies.
Qualification and Entry Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor of Arts with Honours
- Entry Requirements:
- 24 Points overall or 544 in 3 Higher Level Certificates (IB score)
- BCC (A level)
- Required subjects for certain UG degree programs within the Faculty of Arts:
- BA French Studies: Grade C in French at A Level
- BA Modern Languages: Grade C in at least one of French, German, Russian, or Spanish at A level
- BA Modern Languages with Translation: Grade C in one of French, German, Russian, or Spanish at A Level
- BA Music: Grade C in A Level Music, or Grade 5 Theory ABRSM, LCM, Trinity, or Rockschool
