Overview

Electronic engineers design, develop, test, and oversee the creation of anything from drones and electric cars to the technology in smartphones, sat navs, and systems in hospitals. This course offers many different ways to develop your understanding of electronics, including lab-based projects, individual and team work, and project management.

Admissions

• IB Score: 30 points overall or 655 in 3 Higher Level Certificates
• GCSE English: Grade 4 (C)
• Excluded Subjects: General studies, critical thinking, citizenship studies, global perspectives and research, and thinking skills
• Alternative Qualifications: Access to HE Diploma, Advanced Diploma, BTEC Nationals
• Contextual Offer: One or two grades lower than the advertised standard entry requirements for students with international fee status
