Program Overview

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) - Smart Village campus offers a dual degree program in Electrical Energy Engineering with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). This partnership allows students to gain both an Egyptian degree from AASTMT and a UK degree from UCLan.

This dual degree collaboration offers an attractive study option for AASTMT students as they gain their Egyptian degree. Furthermore, the specialist content delivered by University academics in Egypt reinforces the curriculum with a UK Higher Education experience, resulting in the dual award of a UK degree. This degree is well recognized in Europe and the US and opens doors for graduates looking to study and work in Europe and the USA.

The dual degrees are available for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Energy Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Engineering programs at the faculty of Engineering and Technology-Smart Village.
