Bachelor of Electrical and Energy Engineering
Program Overview
This program focuses on the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity, aiming to equip engineers with the skills to contribute to the development and industrialization of rapidly growing economies. A significant portion of generated power, approximately 80%, is utilized to drive motors, machines, electrical drives, and power electronics, which are key areas of focus within electrical power engineering.
In this dual degree course, students will gain knowledge in:
- Control Systems
- Energy
- Power Systems
Automatic control engineering, a major field within the Electric Engineering Department, plays a crucial role in modern life. It has revolutionized various aspects of both civil and military sectors. Its industrial applications have accelerated production and improved the quality of numerous manufactured goods. Furthermore, the extensive use of automatic control systems has enhanced the reliability, stability, and cost-effectiveness of generation, transmission, and distribution within power systems.
