Program Overview

Political Science offers a solid undergraduate education in the liberal arts and sciences, preparing graduates for diverse careers. The program focuses on the theory and practice of governments. Students learn about government policies, rules, regulations, political analysis, comparative politics, international relations, international law, and international organizations. Knowledge of Business Program related subjects is also integrated, which is increasingly important in today's business world.

• Governmental Institutions: Diplomatic and foreign services, Research Analyst, Public Policy Analyst, Public Relation Specialist, Political consultant, and political campaign staff.
• International Organizations: United Nations and its agencies.
• Banks and Multinationals: Opportunities due to the combination of Political Science and Business Administration.

The Political Science Department combines the study of Political Science with Business Administration, offering a major specialization in Political Science and a sub-specialization (Minor) from disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Information System, and Management of Media Organizations.

The Political Science Association (PSA) provides support and opportunities for students, including a debating club to enrich their skills.
