Year 1

- Foundations Of Digital Marketing: Develops your understanding of marketing as a discipline and the role of digital marketing within.

Year 3
- Digital Marketing Planning And Performance: Explores the tools and creative approaches for planning, implementing and measuring the performance of digital marketing activities.

Year 4

- Experiential Marketing Events: Allows students to gain knowledge, and understand key ideas and theories, relating to how events are used for marketing, and the international experiential marketing industry.
- Foreign Language (French, Spanish, Italian): Develops your self-confidence, and intercultural skills.
- Study Abroad - Sheffield Business School: Allows you to spend a semester at one of the University’s approved partner institutions worldwide.
- The Corporate Customer: Provides you with a comprehensive business to business experience which demonstrates the sales process within and between organisations.
- The Digital Customer Experience: Develops your understanding of the omni-channel customer experience in today’s digital world.
Optional Modules
- Placement Year: Enhances your professional development through the completion of and reflection on meaningful work placement(s).
- Consumer Psychology: Explores the relationship between psychology and marketing, building on previous knowledge of marketing, branding and customers to give you a rich understanding of consumer insight.
- Contemporary Leadership In Context: Focuses on leadership as a process of influencing and interacting with others to achieve organisational goals – analysing approaches to address issues in the changing landscape of leadership.
- Marketing In A Global Context: Examines global marketing opportunities and how marketing strategies need to be developed to reflect specific market contexts.

Graduates from this course go on to a wide range of digital marketing careers in range of organisations. These roles can vary from digital marketing campaigns development, customer experience and content creation.

Entry Requirements
- UCAS points: 64
- GCSE: English Language at grade C or 4 or equivalent, Maths at grade C or 4 or equivalent
- ACCESS: Access to HE Diploma, with at least 45 level 3 credits.
Fees and Funding
- Home students: Tuition fees for 2026/27 are not yet confirmed. Our tuition fee for UK students on this course in 2025/26 is £5,760 for the foundation year and £9,535 per year for the degree (capped at a maximum of 20% of this during your placement year).
- International students: Our tuition fee for International/EU students starting full-time study in 2026/27 is £18,000 per year (capped at a maximum of 20% of this during your placement year)
