Overview
Gain an overview of the role of automotive service advisor. Learn to identify and maintain high standards of customer relations as well as study sales techniques, interpersonal skills, effective communication, provincial legislation governing auto repair, and the effective use of labor rate guides.
Admission Requirements
You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
