Overview
The regulatory landscape for cannabinoid-based medicine has rapidly changed over the past 3 years, and millions of patients across Canada now have access to legal cannabis for their therapeutic needs. As such, it has become imperative for students and professionals in healthcare and allied health fields to have a working understanding of the best medical practices as it pertains to effective medical cannabis therapy. This course is designed bridge the gap as you engage with patients and health professionals regarding medical cannabis practices and help those pursuing a professional or academic interest in Cannabis as a novel therapeutic medicine.
Admission Requirements
You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.

What You Need
Most college level courses require textbooks; textbooks are not included in the course fees. It is the student’s responsibility to purchase any required textbooks.
Learning Outcomes
Learning outcomes represent culminating demonstrations of learning and achievement. In addition, learning outcomes are interrelated and cannot be viewed in isolation of one another.
