This course will help you understand the fundamentals of emotions and emotional intelligence, enhance your self-regulation skills, and learn how to support the emotions of others effectively. By the end of this course, you will be able to recognize and manage your own emotions, maintain emotional balance, and foster positive emotional interactions with others. Admission Requirements
You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
