Program Information

Overview

In this 12 hour course, the student will learn how to establish a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders in a learning project. Through effective communication with different stakeholders, students will be able to address business needs and goals, develop, manage and implement an effective project plan. By engaging in a variety of practice activities and scenarios, students will learn to identify typical stakeholders, build and implement a RACI chart and other tools to guide roles, responsibilities and plan needed actions throughout project steps and milestones, identify and handle changes to project scope and conflicting business priorities.


Admission Requirements

You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
