Accounting (Certificate)
Overview
Accounting is a broad field that touches aspects of every industry. While bookkeepers assist with day-to-day recordkeeping tasks, such as entering financial transactions and running reports, businesses of all sizes require Certified Public Accountants for more advanced accounting processes. Preparing financial statements, assisting with cost planning, managing tax reporting and guiding business decisions are among a CPA's many responsibilities. The Accounting Graduate Certificate prepares you to pursue CPA licensure and also functions as an entry point into the field if you have limited previous accounting education.
