MGMT301 Management Skills for Supervisors
Course Description
This Business Management course describes the management skills needed by supervisors and leaders and explains a learning model for developing such skills. It is designed to enable students to realize the importance of management and leadership skills and to help them apply these skills effectively in the dynamic and challenging environment of twenty-first century managerial organizations.
Prerequisites
- Business Management Post Degree Diploma - Health Administration Specialization (HADM) students: MGMT 104 and 9 credits of courses numbered 100 or higher.
- All others: 6 credits of 100- or 200-level MGMT courses, OR permission of Chair.
