LAND295 Environmental Site Assessment Technician Practicum
Program Description
This practicum provides students with an opportunity to put into practice the skills and theory they learned in the lab and classroom while working for a relevant employer. Students will gain an enriched understanding of the relationship between program theory, terminology, and day to day field duties from experts in the field while having an opportunity to collaborate with their peers.
Prerequisites
- H2S Alive
- Basic First Aid
- WHMIS or other safety certifications as determined by the employer or sponsor
- Necessary outerwear and safety apparel as required
Restrictions
- Must be in Environmental Restoration Diploma (ENRD.2) or Environmental Site Assessment Technician Certificate (ESAT)
