OGOP107 Oil and Gas Field Operations – Two
Course Description
OGOP 107 discusses natural gas production and processing, including the relationships between temperature, pressure and volume. Procedures linked to gas hydrate handling and prevention will be covered in detail. Students will also become familiar with gas line heaters, liquid-gas separation, dehydration, gas sweetening, condensate stabilization, wastewater treatment, sulphur production, hydrocarbon separation and sampling procedures of liquids and gas.
