The M.S. in FinTech at Menlo College is designed for students eager to advance their careers in the financial technology sector. Developed in collaboration with industry leaders, this financial technology graduate program prepares graduates to work in both fintech startups and established financial institutions. The program combines academic mastery of finance, blockchain, AI, and digital banking with hands-on, real-world applications, ensuring students gain the expertise needed to lead in today’s fast-evolving tech-driven financial landscape.
STEM-Designation & OPT Benefits
The MSFT program will obtain STEM designation from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). To meet DHS requirements for STEM designation, programs must dedicate 50 percent of their credit hours to courses in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, a bar that these specialized programs meet easily.

Menlo College alumni are eligible to benefit from an Oaks Scholarship. When you apply for the MSFT program, you will be automatically considered for this exclusive scholarship.
Merit Scholarship
The Graduate Merit Scholarship at Menlo College MSFT program is a distinguished chance crafted to acknowledge and assist exceptional individuals aiming to advance their education. This scholarship commemorates scholastic distinction, remarkable accomplishments, and the potential to make significant contributions to the field of MSFT.
LOANS
Federal Direct Stafford Loan
Students admitted to Menlo College’s MSFT program who’ve completed their FAFSA application will be eligible for Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loans. Graduate students may borrow up to a maximum of $20,500 per academic year through the Federal Direct Loan program. The actual amount a student is eligible to borrow cannot exceed the program cost of attendance, minus any other assistance received.
Federal Graduate PLUS Loans
Students who have been admitted to Menlo College and completed their FAFSA application will also be eligible for a Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan offer as part of their financial aid package. The Graduate PLUS loan is based on creditworthiness, which is determined by the federal government.
