All students successfully completing this certificate will earn thirty-six (36) credits, an ACT 120 certificate and be eligible to begin work as a Municipal Police Officer

Career

Course SpotlightMPT 102 Law and Procedures helps students understand the legal basis for police power and the definitions of criminal conduct through study of the U.S. and Pennsylvania state constitutions. Topics include provisions for arrest and search warrants.
