The Experience

As a student in the online Human Resource Management program from Trine University, students concentrate on all areas of business and learn in-depth processes necessary for successful human resource management. Students learn the necessary skills to recruit, manage and direct employees as well as handle compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, and workplace health and safety considerations.
