Overview

The Master’s in Biology program at Roosevelt University is designed to prepare students for careers across the spectrum of life sciences. The program offers a range of degree tracks, including cell and molecular biology, physiology and developmental biology, and ecology and evolutionary biology.

Program Details

• Duration: 2 years
• Format: In-person classes on the Chicago or Schaumburg campuses
• Admissions: Open for fall and spring start dates
• Full-time course delivery: Meets F1 visa requirements and is STEM designated
• Thesis-based: All students complete a minimum of 9 hours of research training

Admission Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Official or unofficial transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities in the United States
• Letter of intent required if GPA is less than 2.8
• Unofficial GRE, MCAT, PCAT or DAT score (recommended)
• $40 Application Fee
