Admission Requirements

  • Location: Chicago and Schaumburg
  • Start Term: Fall, Spring
  • Applications can be completed entirely online.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Official or unofficial transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities in the United States.
  • Letter of intent required if GPA is less than 2.8
  • Unofficial GRE, MCAT, PCAT or DAT score (recommended)
  • $40 Application Fee.

Prerequisite Course Work:

  • General chemistry (2 courses)
  • Organic chemistry (1 course)
  • Physics (1 course)
  • Cellular or molecular biology (1 course)

Additional Prerequisites for Biotechnology Management Concentration:

  • Business statistics or biostatistics
  • Calculus

Additional Prerequisites for Chemical Sciences Concentration:

  • Calculus
  • Organic chemistry (2 courses)
  • Analytical or quantitative chemistry
