Program Overview

Become a Professional Mediator with a Conflict Resolution Degree


Conflict is everywhere. As a master’s student in conflict and mediation, you’ll learn how to resolve disagreements between people and organizations. You’ll study the full range of conflict from families to communities. Careers include Human Resources Specialist, Ombudsperson, Facilitator, Investigator, Researcher, Policy Analyst, Contract Negotiation Manager, Claims Adjuster and much more!


This program is offered fully online. Full-time students can complete the program in a little over 1-year. A 2-year, part-time option is available. Admissions are open for fall, spring, and summer start dates.
