Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology, MA
The Human Side of Business
Learn how to diagnose and solve problems with morale, recruitment and productivity. As a master’s student, you’ll earn the statistical and critical thinking skills to succeed in the business world. You’ll apply what you learn to enhance effectiveness in real workplaces.
This 2-year program consists of in-person classes on the Chicago campus. Admissions are open for fall and spring start dates. The full-time course delivery meets F1 visa requirements and is STEM designated.
