Program Overview
Earn a Master’s in I/O Psychology and an MBA in Three Years
In one of the few dual degree programs of its kind, you’ll gain expertise in I/O psychology and management to succeed in business.
When you graduate, you’ll enter the workforce ready to diagnose and solve organizational challenges and lead a team. Our graduates go on to positions in HR, people analytics, consulting, and more.
This 3-year program consists of in-person classes on the Chicago campus. Admissions are open for fall and spring start dates. The full-time course delivery meets F1 visa requirements and is STEM designated.

- 3.0 GPA
- 18 undergraduate credit hours in psychology, business, economics or related fields, including coursework in statistics and research methods.
