Master Organizational Leadership Online or in Chicago

The world is changing, fast. With a master’s degree in organization development, you’ll learn how to manage change effectively and guide others through the process. Study social and behavioral science to make your organization more effective.

This 2-year full-time program is offered fully online. Courses are delivered on 8-week asynchronous schedules. Students may opt to go part-time and complete the degree in 3 years. Admissions are open for fall, spring, and summer start dates.
