Master’s in Real Estate, MSRE
Elevate Your Real Estate Career with an Advanced Real Estate Degree
Take your experience and pair it with expanded knowledge with a master’s degree in real estate. Through the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, you’ll have access to academic excellence from experienced faculty and professional excellence and support from an advisory board of industry leaders.
This 1.5-year full-time program consists of in-person classes on the Chicago campus. Students may opt to go part time and complete the degree in 2.5 years. The full-time course delivery meets F1 visa requirements. This program starts in the Fall only with applications being accepted a year in advance.
Admission Info
- Location: Chicago

- Applications can be completed entirely online.
- Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities in the United States.
- 3.0 undergraduate GPA.
- Resume/curriculum vitae. Three to five years of industry experience is preferred.
- Letter of intent outlining your personal and professional goals, why you are interested in this program, and how it will help you achieve your goals.

Both CCIM and the Appraisal Institute recognize Roosevelt as a university partner. Your graduate degree can count towards CCIM and MAI designation qualifications. Your degree can also count towards state licensure qualifications for being an appraiser.
Learn at your own pace
The master’s programs are designed for busy professionals, offering flexibility and convenience with most courses held one evening per week per course. You can pursue your degree on a full-time or part-time basis.
If pursuing a full master’s level degree is not what you are looking for, consider the Graduate Certificate Programs in Real Estate Development or in Real Estate Investment and Finance. The courses can apply towards a graduate degree at a future date.
