This two-year diploma program is designed to prepare students for a career in the vibrant global hotel and hospitality industry. Students will work closely with peers and professors who are industry professionals, learning and practicing key skills employers are seeking, including exceptional guest service, industry-standard software applications, cultural diversity, and management skills.

Program Delivery
This program is offered in Seneca's hybrid delivery format with some courses available in Seneca's flexible delivery format. Some coursework is online, and some must be completed in person. Students will need to come on campus to complete in-person learning requirements.
