The Anthony P. Campisi Risk Management minor explores how to prepare for unforeseen developments in today’s rapidly evolving global economy. Designed for students from all majors, the Anthony P. Campisi Risk Management Minor teaches students how to identify, manage, and forecast risks faced by both individuals and businesses. This program enables students to describe the process of risk management, risk aggregation, performance evaluation, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making.

The minor in Business Analytics is designed for students who want to develop quantitative skills to supplement their major and career fields. This minor would be especially advantageous to students interested in quantitative research, engineering, operations research, or computer science.

• Students must attain a 2.0 or higher in each course that serves as a prerequisite to a subsequent Business course (refer to the course description for specific prerequisites).
• Failure to attain a 2.0 in prerequisite courses may lengthen the time to graduation.

Cybersecurity Minor

The Cybersecurity minor is designed for students who want data privacy and cybersecurity skills to supplement their major and/or career fields. This minor would be especially advantageous to students interested in information security, operational decision making, and/or business intelligence.

Human Resource Management Minor

The Human Resource Management minor emphasizes the skills and abilities needed by professionals who work in human resource or training and development units of organizations. Topics covered in these courses include recruitment, selection, and training of human resources, employment law, and labor relations. A student declaring a Human Resource Management minor may not also declare a Management minor.
