Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Training

The Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Training is a web-based certificate program offered by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. This program is designed to provide educators and trainers with improved abilities in online teaching, training, and professional development.

Requirements

The program requires 12 credits and includes the following courses:

• CIT 609 - Designing for Learning Management Systems
• CIT 643 - Designing Digital Materials for Education
• CIT 647 - Creating Online Learning Environments
• CIT 648 - Issues and Methods in Online Learning

Certificate Requirements

This program is available fully online, and students must complete the specified courses with a B or better grade. The program is not a degree, and students must apply for graduation up to two semesters prior to completing their degree requirements.
