Digital Business and Business

The Bachelor of Digital Business and Bachelor of Business is a double degree that combines the study of digital business with a broad range of business disciplines. This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and its impact on business, as well as the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

Entry Requirements

• Minimum Age: At the time of enrolment in a course at Monash University, you must be at least 17 years of age.
• Academic: All Monash undergraduate courses require you to have successfully completed a minimum of an Australian Year 12 qualification (or equivalent) and achieve the required academic entry score.
• Additional requirements: English language requirements and prerequisite subject requirements apply.

English Language Requirements

• Level A: IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.5 with minimum band scores: Listening 6.0, Reading 6.0, Writing 6.0 and Speaking 6.0.
• Equivalent approved English test scores: TOEFL iBT, Pearson Test of English (Academic), C1 Advanced (Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English), and C2 Proficiency (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English).

Prerequisite Subject Requirements

• English: VCE English (EAL) with a score of 25, or IB Diploma Programme English A: Literature or English A: Language and Literature with a score of 4.
• Maths: VCE Mathematical Methods with a score of 22, or IB Diploma Programme Mathematics: Applications and Interpretations or Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches with a score of 3.

Course Structure

• Digital Business: Specialist discipline knowledge, additional discipline knowledge, and free electives.
• Business: Business specified study, business listed major, and free electives.

• Digital Business: Careers in digital transformation, business analysis, and technology management.
• Business: Careers in management, marketing, finance, and human resources.

Fees and Scholarships

• International fee: A$53,200 per 48 credit points (subject to change annually).
• Scholarships: Available for international students, including the Monash International Scholarship and the Monash University Scholarship.

Enrolment Obligations

• International students: Must enrol in at least one unit that is not by distance and/or online in each compulsory study period, unless completing the last unit of their course.
