Course Details
The Graduate Certificate of Corporate and Financial Regulation is a graduate certificate course that aims to deepen students' understanding of corporate and financial regulation, offering theoretical and practical insights. Entry Requirements
To be considered for entry to this course, students need to satisfy the following entrance requirements:
- An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification), or a minimum of three years relevant work experience approved by the faculty.
- English entry requirements: Monash Level A, that is:
- IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or
- Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or
- TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or
- Equivalent approved English test
Course Structure
The course consists of four units or 24 credit points of study. Students can choose units from a selected list of Monash Law's postgraduate electives to gain the corporate and financial regulation knowledge that will give them a competitive edge in their chosen career.

Enrolment Obligations
International students enrolling in a CRICOS-registered course can study no more than one third (33%) of their course by distance and/or online learning. Students must enrol in at least one unit that is not by distance and/or online in each compulsory study period unless the student is completing the last unit of their course.
